Program Description
The Master
of Science in Applied Mathematics program is described in the
graduate catalog.
Graduate Faculty
The graduate faculty have a broad range
of specializations and research interests. This variety allows the
department to offer graduate courses taught by specialists. Students
who select the thesis option are directed by faculty with expertise
in the thesis topic.

are available on-line. Masters-level courses are numbered 500 - 699.
Theses and Internships
Each student must complete a masters thesis or an internship. Theses
allow students to conduct in-depth studies of topics in applied
mathematics, while internships give students an opportunity to learn
to apply mathematics in a practical professional environment. The
variety of possibilities are reflected in the list of recent
thesis titles and internship experiences.
Financial Aid
