    • Exercises 2 and 3 on page 431

  2. Due Tuesday, January 20

    Required work

    • Read Section 10.2 "Analyzing Data" on pages 436 through 451
    • Exercises 20 and 23 on pages 434 and 435. You may use your own categorical data for Exercises 20 and 23, but please be sure to give complete reference information or a complete description of how you collected your data.

    Optional work

    • Exercises 19 and 21 on pages 429 and 430
    • Construct graphical displays for any other categorical data you find or collect. Please be sure to give complete reference information or a complete description of how you collected your data.

  3. Due Thursday, January 22

    Required work

    • Review Section 10.2 "Analyzing Data" on pages 436 through 451
    • Exercises 1 and 3 on page 454. You may use your own quantitative data for Exercise 1, but please be sure to give complete reference information or a complete description of how you collected your data.
